In the final weeks leading up to Graduation Day 2022, EAB will celebrate each of its Seniors via the Senior Spotlight. he High School Faculty is committed to making sure each member of the Class of 2022 knows how much they have meant to this school and how proud we are of them. Today, the Senior in the spotlight is Alice Freitas. Alice has been a valued member of the EAB Community for the past three years.
Alice is one of our most talented artists, consistently producing incredible work. Alice is proudest of her various exhibitions; her work is professional and stunning. She is also a very strong and resilient person. Being able to produce so many precious and unique art pieces for her portfolio while trying her best to succeed in her full IB Diploma journey throughout such a disruptive time is surely a huge reason to celebrate.
In her Flex Leader words: "Alice is so much more than a big artist, and was very good to get to know her more deeply, much more like "gente como a gente" as we usually say in Portuguese. I know she has a bright future waiting for her and she is totally ready for it." Her teachers remark that she is extremely talented. She is also thought of as being hard working, respectful, enthusiastic to share and meticulous in her approach to all tasks.
Alice has many great friends here at EAB. She would like to thank them and her parents and teachers for their support. Her favorite memory will be the Chapada Imperial trip in Grade 12 which was a memorable day for so many of the Seniors because of the fun they had there.
