Qualified Substitutes Needed

The American School of Brasilia is looking for individuals who have flexible availability to occasionally stand in for our regular educators in cases of illness, medical leave, or other absences. At EAB, when substitute are required, their responsibilities include adhering to the provided schedule and lesson plans, as well as overseeing the assigned tasks as outlined by our teaching staff.
 
The ideal candidate:

• Is available on short notice
• Has availability between 7:45am and 4:00m on most weekdays
• Has a high level of proficiency in English
• Has experience working with children
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, desire to keep learning, and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

* Preference is given to candidates with a pedagogical degree and experience working in a school setting.
