We are excited to invite you to the Year 1 (Grade 11) IB Art Exhibition in the Arts & Innovation Building. We will kick off the exhibition with a mini opening reception from 3:30–4:30 pm, and we would love for you to join us in celebrating our students’ work.

This exhibition highlights the creativity, dedication, and growth of our eighteen Year 1 IB Art students. Each student has developed a unique collection of original artworks, exploring deeply personal ideas through a wide range of materials and techniques.

Alongside each piece, you will find a written reflection where students share their artistic intentions. These works are the result of extensive research into influential artists, thoughtful experimentation, and ongoing development documented in their sketchbooks. Seeing both the final pieces and the ideas behind them offers a meaningful insight into each student’s creative journey.

This exhibition represents an important milestone in their IB Art experience, as students build the skills, confidence, and artistic voice that will carry into their culminating Year 2 Exhibition next year.

The exhibition will be open for class visits from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday, June 9 through Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

We hope you will join us in supporting and celebrating these talented young artists. It truly means a lot to them to have an audience for their work.
