Upper School News
Our Varsity Girls Futsal, through stellar teamwork, effort, desire, and sportsmanship, have qualified for the AASB Final Four National Championship! This tournament will be hosted at EABH in Belo Horizonte starting this Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19! The Bulls will take on Nations on Saturday afternoon at 12:45pm! The Cougars won the ISSL (International School Sports League) to qualify for the tournament along the British School from Rio de Janeiro and our Big 8 counterpart, the Graded Eagles! Representing the Bulls will be 10 student-athletes from our roster of 17 that competed during the year. There is a roster limit of 10 players for each team during this tournament so check out who is going to shine on the national stage this weekend for the Bulls!

- Rennan Vogel is the Head Coach and a PE teacher in the Upper School at EAB. He has been a proud Bull since 2009 with PE & Sports have always being a crucial part of his life. Coach Rennan has 13 years of experience coaching various sports and his passions lie mainly in soccer, futsal, and basketball. He feels that sports are a mirror of life and there's nothing that brings him more fulfillment and joy than guiding students to reach their potential, to overcome adversities and to become the best version of themselves. Coach Rennan strongly believes Athletics serve as a social tool and thus should be a platform for students to build their characters, values and to have fun! He also loves doing sports like tennis, ping-pong, surfing, frescobol & futevolei! His all-time favorite coaches are Arsene Wenger & Jim Valvano. Go Bulls!
