Flag Football: This is a non-contact version of American football where players aim to remove flags from their opponents' belts instead of tackling them.
Dodgeball: A fast-paced team game where players aim to eliminate opponents by hitting them with a soft ball while avoiding being hit themselves.
Chess: A strategic board game where two players compete to checkmate the opponent’s king using a variety of pieces, each with unique movements.
Wall Climbing: A challenging sport where participants climb our outdoor wall using strength, balance, and technique.
Collective Taco: A team-based game similar to rounders or baseball, where players hit a ball with a bat and run to score points.
Arts & Crafts: A hands-on activity where participants create decorative objects or artworks using a variety of materials and techniques.
Yoga: A calming practice focusing on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through various poses and breathing techniques.
Jiu-Jitsu: A martial art that teaches self-defense and grappling techniques, emphasizing leverage and control.
Capoeira: A Brazilian martial art combining elements of dance, acrobatics, and music.
Dance: A rhythmic and expressive activity that encourages movement and creativity through various styles of dance.
Mixed Sports: A dynamic session where students participate in a variety of sports, promoting teamwork and versatility.
Brain Games: Engaging puzzles and challenges designed to stimulate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Futsal: A fast-paced, indoor version of soccer played on a smaller court with five players per team.
Parkour: A physical discipline where participants navigate obstacles in their environment through running, jumping, and climbing.
Ballet: A graceful dance form emphasizing technique, balance, and coordination through structured movements and routines.
